Its back to the drawing board for India as the visitors were embarrassed by a 4-0 whitewash by the home side. England who were in fact on the 3rd position in the ICC Test rankings dethroned India as the No.1 test side in the world following this humiliating debacle. Many criticize the selectors for the under par performance of the side. But in my opinion India were outplayed by a more prepared and balanced England attack. It is high time India looked upon the performance of its reserve players if they have to compete against standard teams.
